The main research activities of our laboratory are positioned at the interface of chemistry and biology, and are focused on the development of amphiphilic molecular tools:
- extraction, stabilization and crystallization of membrane proteins (topic 1),
- binding of membrane proteins for high-throughput ligand screening (topic 2),
- formation of nanometric assemblies (micelles, liposomes) for use in anti-oxidant transport (topic 3),
- detection of radical species by Electron Paramagnetic Resonance using optimized spin-traps (see more (topic 4).
